Never buy from Adidas online

I bought a sneaker on the 29th of September on Adidas online store on a Express delivery that was supposed to take 1-2 business days. Till today i havent received my purchase and after countless efforts to get a refund they are taking long i only found out monday th 10th they font have the sneaker and its now Wednesday but i haven't received my refund
