MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE! ORDER NUMBER: AZA***5

ORDER NUMBER: AZA***5 I bought sneakers and socks online using a R400 discount voucher. Today only socks were delivered. According to the delivery guy Adidas ships items individually!!!! Which did not make sense. I called in to find out what the issue is, and i was told that the sneakers are out of stock. I checked online, and there are 4 pairs available. I do not want a refund but the item bought. May you please arrange for same to be delivered.

Also, if you do the refund, will you also give me a R400 voucher to make a new purchase because i obviously cannot use the past voucher??
