MOST PATHETIC SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday my wife went through to Adidas Balito junction to exchange my shoe upon arrival the staff already was not helpful and they told my wife they can not refund due to no cash in the register. how can a store like adidas have no cash?????? they kept my wife waiting and saidf they can not do refund my wife insisted that we do not stay in the area and can not drive 20 t0 30 min to Balito.

all of a sudden after my wife said she will not leave without a refund as we do not stay near they went to the back and brought the refund.

the staff then start to laugh and mock her????//is that how you treat paying customers.

i only use Adidas and i spedn THOUSANDS a month in adidas and do not wish to be treated like a idiot!!!!!

i would like a formal apology from the strore and staff in question to my wife.
