Manager cost me petrol and time

I went to the Adidas shop in Small Street and found items on sale. I was assisted by some guy but when i touched a certain sneaker on the sale display, the so called manager made me feel uncomfortable and took the shoe as soon as i put it down (first strike). I asked the guy to fit size 5 of the sneaker i saw. He told me the one on display was the last one. I fitted the left shoe that was on display and wanted to purchase. The poor guy found a right size 4 instead.

He spoke to the manager named Buyi. She gave him the excuse that someone must have bought a pair with different sizes. I asked where else can i get the sneaker and they said The Glen mall. I asked Buyi so nicely to call The Glen shop and ask them to keep a pair for me while i am driving there. She told me with an attitude that they had 3 pairs of size 5.

I went to The Glen shop only to find they had a right size 5 and no left one which simply meant the one left at Small Street was its mate. Simphiwe called Small Street and they made an arrangement to bring the shoe over but i had to go back to The Glen mall the next morning to get the complete pair

Had Buyi called The Glen mall when i asked her to, they would have had enough time to bring the right shoe over and i wouldnt have wasted my time and petrol to go to the Glen. No one even bothered to compensate me for my wasted petrol.

What upset me the most is that Buyi was apparently appointed as a manager at Small Street with that attitude. If you want such people to represent your stores then i feel sorry for Adidas
