Low quality sneakers

I went to Adidas store@Thohoyandou and purchase a sneaker after a month or so I washed the sneaker and the black color faded I then went to the store to report the matter to a manager called Mike , he said I should leave my number he will call me to find a solution. He don’t call I then sent adidas a complaint email they responded by saying the can’t assist me because I didn’t but the sneaker online I should go back to the store . Till date no one has contacted me and the sneaker looks so bad that I no longer wear it because it looks old because of the cor which faded.
