Longest wait of my life 🤦🏾♂️

It's been 12days and still waiting for my order they don't answer my calls nor reply to my email instead I keep getting an automatic response saying they will get back to me within 2 to 3 days but still 🤦🏾♂️ I just want to cancel the order and get my money back am never going to use their app again.
