Lies and worst experience

I would like to write about the worst experience that I have received about my recent order from Adidas order no: ***. What annoyed me the most is the lies I'm getting from their call centre that they have attempted to deliver my parcel a couple of times before but they couldn't get hold of me, the number that I left is always on, I have never had a missed call, we have tested the number and its working, if ever there was a courier that came to my house I would have known about it there's always people in the yard they could have collected it so it just lies and I have been asking for that particular person who says they tried to call me n never get hold of me but somehow they're being protected. I'm so disappointed by Adidas.
