Lack of accountability - Adidas South Africa

Ordered online and paid extra for faster delivery. Item was delayed and whenever I contacted Adidas their response was just that I needed to be patient, and then they stopped replying altogether. Really *********** and strangely disinterested especially for a major global brand.
