JUST DO IT!!!.....GIVE ME A REFUND ADIDAS

I purchase a adidas soccer boot from a retail store in Durban KZN on black Friday, High top slip on boots that cost almost R2,000 for my 18 year old son....the shoes lasted less than a month, mind you it was only training as the league had not even kicked off. Took them back to store and the manager happily returned them as in fact it was bad quality and not negligence. The manager at the store suggested that we take a different boot suitable for broader feet and a lace up as it could be the shape of his feet, So we did....he also mentioned that we only get 1 refund or exchange with Adidas. So we took a different boot this time for broader feet and lace up and just over a month and the shoe is torn already. I am lost for word as this boot costs R2,500. So according to my calculation if my son had to continue using adidas its going to cost me approximately R30,000 a year to play soccer.

Can Adidas please contact me urgently and give me a refund or explain why they are selling inferior quality products, I need this done urgently as my son is in trial at the moment for a 2nd division team in SA and has to prove himself for a contract and he is now playing with torn boots and I definitely cant afford to pay for another pair right now.
