Inconsistent Sizes and Fit

I have over 5 different types of running shoes from adidas. I wear an 8 and 8.5 UK size in a running shoe depending on the distance. Duramo Speed bought in May 2024 size 8.5UK was a bit tight around the toes and I bought 9UK same month which fitted perfectly for Comrades marathon. In October 2024, I bought Takumi and Boston 12 all size 9. They both have no support around the ankle and look and feel very large though length feels similar. Have written to them to complain with no resolution. All these makers have different sizing but at least be consistent in yours.
