Incomplete order

I am trying to get hold of the Adidas SA but i am not getting through. I made an order on Black Friday 3 pairs of boots, I only recieved 2 pairs and it looks like the order was splited because it says 1 of 2, I wanna enquir about the other pair and no one responds because I send an email and no one is attending my problem.
