If you need peace of mind don't buy from adidas online

I bought some items from Adidas online on the 28of March 2023 and on the 31st I received an sms in the morning that my parcel is out for delivery but later that day when I tracked my parcel they said my parcel could not be delivered because the driver ran out of time,on Monday the3rd of April in the morning I receive an sms that my parcel is put for delivery but they didn't deliver when I tracked the parcel they said they were unable to deliver because contact was not available and that is not the case because I am always available, I have been receiving smses every morning since then till today the 14th of April 2023 telling me that my parcel is out for delivery but they never deliver is different excuses every day on why they failed to deliver,if is not contact not available is driver was delayed or car broke down,I have informed adidas about this and they told me that I should contact the courier company to solve this and I tried but courier it don't respond to my emails or calls,I am so sick and tired of waiting for my parcel
