I want Return and my invoice nr!

Please people do not order online, their policies lie! I fit an adida superstar in store, it was too small. I then decided to buy one size bigger online as for they did not have a size 6in store. Payment was successful, the delivery method as well. There is a link to download your invoice which is not working! The shoe came and was too big, then i struggle tp refund online. I am still within 30 days. I call the Bellvile store and spoke to Miles whom said he can onpy return the funds if i have my invoice BUT THE INVOICE LINK TP DOWNLOAD IS NOT WORKING. I always buy addidas in store my online experience was the worse. What do i do now? *** any assistance would be greatly appreciated 😭😭😭
