I want my refund!!!

I bought from the adidas online logged a refund in June 2023 and still waiting for my refund. I followed their refund policy and they on their end are violating it. I've been going back and forth with customer service via email and get the same generic response every time. This has been the worst experience I've had with an online store. I even tried contacting them on social media with no luck. It's disgusting for a global brand like adidas to want to **** it's cusromers!!!
