I want my money back😞

I purchase an item on 28 December 2023 at Adidas Ferndale in Republic and return it on the 3rd January 2024. I have not received my money back a lady by the name Kgomotso said she will update me and she never did. I am the one who running after her for update. I so frustrated I will never ever again buying something at Adidas. I want my money back.
