I Have never experienced such a terrible service in my entire existence

Ordered a pair of sneakers online beginning November 2024. unfortunately I was unhappy with the shoes and had to log a return for collection. The sneakers were never collected, I contacted their customer care centre twice and on both occasions I was promised the sneakers will be collected as new tickets for collection were created. They have a 30days return policy which they clearly do not adhere to. Today its the 6th January 2025 and to date I am still waiting assistance from this company. I am frustrated and flabbergasted and have no idea what to do anymore for adidas to collect their shoes.
