I have been waiting MORE THAN a month now for Adidas to uplift an order and process a refund for an online purchase. I have tried reaching out to Adidas telephonically on numerous occasions, but ALL CALLS GO UNANSWERED. I've even reached out to their team via email multiple times, with a different person responding every time with the same message: "I apologize for the issue that you have faced with the return collection of your order...This is to inform you that we have escalated your concern to our specialized team, our team will arrange the pickup for your order as soon as possible...Please feel free to reach back to us if you have further queries." I have run out of patience now as this goes against your company policy and CPA. I very rarely resort to negatively smearing a company but I have exhausted every option to have this resolved. Highly unsatisfied with this service!!!
