HORROR!!!

Horror does not explain it!!!! I placed an order with Adidas on the 24th of November and to this day I have not received my order. I was told my order was shipped and scheduled to be delivered today before 5pm. I waited and called the courier company called CourierIt to no avail. I logged in to track my order and they say returned it as "I was not available" ****S! NOBODY CALLED ME. I HAD MY PHONE WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME. THIS WAS MY FIRST ORDER WITH ADIDAS AND I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! THIS HAS LEFT ME WITH A BITTER TASTE
