Horrific service filled with accusations

I visited Addidas worldwear in Fairlands, Randburgvto return wrong size shoes. Firstly I was told there was a bit of dust on the shoes, then I went back home to remove the dust. When I got back the supervisor, forgot her name noticed that they had sold me two different size shoes. She went on to accuse me of switching the shoes. I was horrified. I left the shoes there and left.
