Horrible service

I have a bad experience with Adidas online, I ordered a soccer jersey on the 23rd of December 2024, it’s the 26th of January 2025 and i am still waiting for it, I tried calling multiple times but there is no response, nothing is being resolved after I have tried to follow up with my order so many times. No one is helping me it’s been weeks now and I want my money back, I want a refund. I am very disappointed at the service. May i please get my refund back.
