Horrible service

I placed an order and the wrong items where delivered. Requested a return on the same day (2-12-2020) and to date it hasn't been collected. I've been in contact with Adidas via email and they always promise that the courier will come but never does ....... I never expected such horrible service, I am very disappointed.
