Horrible Online Shopping Experience

The delivery takes forever, and so does their response rates. They do not have a cancellation policy which is very underwhelming for a company this big. When you log a return, they take forever to collect the parcel, and could even exceed the 30 day return policy. Horrible service. They honestly need to do better.
