Horrible online service - still no refund

Adidas online store South Africa - disppointing customer service!!! I order the item online in November - 10 days later no communication about when the item will be received . only for me to follow up and then receive a reply that there they are experiencing delays in delivery . That is understandable , with black friday and all then. But they very next day they emailed back to advise that the order is cancelled from their end , this was annoying but the worst part is that i have to keep following up. And to date have still not received a refund of my monday its January 8th !!!! how long does a refund need to take form such a global company . please do better . Reference AZA***3 - Shariefa
