Horrible online ordering services

Horrible service from Adidas online service. I placed an order on the 16th December 2024 which was meant to be a gift. No communication up until the 2nd of January 2025 that one of the items is out of stock and that a refund will be processed within 7 business days. As if I haven't been inconvenienced enough, I still haven't received my refund and customer service now tells me to wait 14 business days. This is pathetic, never ordering from them again and I do not recommend anyone to.
