Horrible customer service.

On the 27 November 2024 I ordered online from e Global Adidas, I only got the email from them on the 17 Dec 2024 that the items that ordered are out of stock only 1 tem is available which was delivered next day. They said the refund takes 2-7 working days, today is the 07.01.2025 still not received my refund, so my money is sitting in the account for nothing. I have been trying to call them but the phones are not answered, on the 3rd Jan 2025 I sent them the email till today still got no respond. What a worst experience ever.
