Horrible Customer Care Service for a Shoe exchange

Adidas Ghandi Square, thanks to the lady store manager and the lady with the white blue beads on her hands (apologise to describe her like this but she was not wearing a name tag) my daughter was refused to get the right size shoe for Christmas 😪😪😪. I bought my daughter a sneaker online during black Friday. I wanted to exchange the sneaker, had the slip in my email we only fitted one shoe. The sneakers still have the tag etc but the didn't want to exchange in the interest of sales. Adidas please train your staff and managers in customer care!!!!!
