Horrible and disgusting service

I ordered items online that arrived on the 16 May and requested a return on the 17 May. I have been emailing, calling the call center number to ask them to come fetch the items or if i can drop them at the shops. I am always assured that the courier will come the next day, but no courier come and no call or anything done. The service is horiible. Pls come get your items and return my money. :(
