Highly disappointed

I purchased a sneaker for my son at the Kids Canal walk branch. The shoe was to big and when I went back to exchange they did not have a size. When I asked if it could be sourced from another store I was told no because its festive and that's what their Area Manager says. This is the first time, I have purchased from the brand and I'm highly disappointed at the service. I was even going to change my training gear to this brand but have changed my mind.

No one was willing to go the extra mile for me as a customer even though I was willing to pay what it takes. I will be returning the shoe has well as the cap I have purchased.
