Great customer service from Cathy at Adidas Online

I would like to commend Cathy from Adidas Online on the way she assisted me with following up with a package that the courier had misplaced for over a week.

After calling Adidas online to notify them that I had a missing package Cathy made a point of following up with the courier everyday until the package was found and delivered to me. During this whole process she kept me informed of developments and checked to see if the courier had followed up on its promises.

It is such a joy to be reminded of what great customer service is. Thanks Cathy and thanks Adidas Online.
