Goods not delivered

I placed an order with Adidas on their online app on the 26th November 2024 and till today I have not received my parcel. Nothing has been updated on the app whenever I check the status of the order. Whenever I choose an option to chat with a consultant there's no available consultant, no communication whatsoever. I regret placing an order with and will never again. I will definitely spread the word for people to never buy from Adidas. Horrible service ever
