Go buy from Nike

Ordered shoes mid March. Obviously realize they don’t fit right and almost immediately request a return. I’ve written soooooo many RMA numbers ( everyone I’ve spoken to, emailed etc etc gave me one) that there’s no longer space to write a new one on the packaging! The last guy I received an email from basically told me not to bother them anymore and he had closed my case? How when I still have the shoes with me? What a **** show.
