Frustrated and annoyed

On the 27/12/22 I ordered 2 adult t-shirts and a dress on online shop.Money was deducted for the 3 items.The following day I received an email that the one t-shirt was out of stock and I would be reimbursed within 7 business working days. On the the 18th of January 2023 I emailed again enquiring about my refund and there was no response.March 2023 I went to a branch to enquire and I was told they can't assist me it's an online shop issue.Im very disappointed with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.I need my money back.
