From best to worse

I ordered a pair of shoes on the sale on the 21/06/2018. A week later I had not yet received the item (on my profile it said processing) I then emailed customer service and received no reply so I called the call center to get told that my item is no longer available (sold out).

This was the worst online experience I Have ever had. Absolutely pathetic service. Your company lacks in itegrity and honesty
