Feed up with adidas

I am totally not happy with my purchase. I bought a takkie on the 23 November till date they have not dispatched my parcel. I tried several times to call they never answer. What bad service. I guess they don't even respond to this site either. Seen all the customers complaintace on hello peter but adidas does not respond to complains
