Fantastic Customer Service

I bought springblades in Abu Dhabi and when the sole broke after 3 months, I thought it would be challenging getting them replaced. However, to my surprise, Jean from customer service of Adidas head office in Cape town was friendly, empathetic and got back to me a few hours later with various options of compensation. Even though he was in back to back training sessions, he made extra effort to sort out my replacement. He even went as far as to wait at reception for me to collect the voucher. Excellent customer service!
