False information regarding orders

I placed an order on the 24/12/2024 and my order is consistently on the confirmed status. I have been emailing them since last week for a refund and cancellation however they do not respond to emails or answer the calls. It’s such a **** that they promise deliveries within 5 days but it’s been 2 weeks.
