False advertising

Adidas had a buy 1 get 1 free advert, I ordered two pairs paid for 1, even made a print screen. Only 1 pair is delivered. i have sent them the print screens, no body can accept the fact that there was a mistake in there system. Only advice i am givin i must return the stock within 14 working days.
