Good customer service

I received, good customer service from the store after had purchased sneakers to train and the where torn, had to return them back. It happened Sunday 20 December 2020

Upon speaking to the manager of the store he ensured that the process was facilitated smoothly, he acknowledged my dispute and ask oneof the staff member to assist me in choosing the new sneaker.

It amazing to see that even under strick covid 19 pandemic, there are staff willing to assist beyond walking in customer shoes

I Appreciate all the assistance received and would recommend family and friends to shop at Addidas Woodmead
