Empty paid for promises Extremely unhappy customer

I am a avid Adidas fan as of late, I have purchased 5 pairs in the past 4 months, 3 pairs directly from Adidas however I purchased a pair of Triple Black Ultra Boost Ltd sneakers and paid for the next day delivery on the 30/11/2016. They never arrived on the 01/12/2016 so now I have to avail myself at the address on the 02/12/2016. The issue doesn't lie with Adidas but their courier service however who they use should be reflection of their customer service level agreement, I am utterly disgruntled with the service received as I have not experienced this from Adidas previously, and I paid for the service whereas when I order online purchases from companies like Superbalist they deliver the very next day provided I purchase before a certain time and this is usually on their free standard delivery. This is unacceptable and I would like this to be rectified and assured that this will never happen again. I would also like to be contacted by the company directly in addition to receiving an apology for the inconvenience experienced and the means I have had to go beyond to file this and express my dissatisfaction as the R 60 paid for the service is merely just a monetary inconvenience, however the service is disappointing due to the fact that it has created an expectation that has not been fulfilled

Good day Branham

Thank you for your email and apologies for the late response to your query.

We experienced major delays with deliveries over this time period due to workload which the couriers could not manage. This issue was addressed and measures put in place to avoid such a reoccurence.

I am sorry that you paid for a service which was not fulfilled and I trust that your future buys and client experience will be of the best quality.

Kindest Regards.
