Emotional abuse and arrogant manager

I received a very disturbing call earlier from one of the Adidas managers in Fourways Crossing ... I was told to come into the store to come a do a refund for myself as they needed my signature for the refund... I am 7mnths pregnant and the shoes were returned due to the fact that my feet are swollen and the shoes are too tight... I was upset the fact that I was told to come do it myself at my state...and that nothing on their slip said anything about having to do a refund for myself and that I couldn't send anyone to do it... What upset me more was the guy was arrogant to tell me if I had a problem I could call Rowan whom I'm assuming is his boss after I asked him for his name... I grabbed the slip and walked out fuming from the treatment I received, the guy on top of that followed me outside of the store saying he doesn't care what or who I am he just needed the slip and he was just following rules... I work in retail and have delt with refunds and exchanges countless of times within and outside my work place and never have I ever experienced such emotional abuse over a simple refund.. It's sad that Adidas has management that deal with such in this manner, I'm shocked and disappointed for days.. Maybe it's time I look at going with other brands... To top that up the boss wasn't even available on his own phone to deal with the abuse I got from his management member.
