Don't use adidas online

Disgusting customer service. I placed an order last week Friday and paid for it immediately. Delivery said max 5 working days. It has now been 5 working days and the tracking doesn't even say the parcel has been shipped! Iv emailed and no response and Iv been on hold on the phone for an hour to try get hold of someone.
