Don’t shop from them do so at your own risk if you want stress

Worse customer service ever I bought a sneaker for my son online and till today I haven’t received any communication from them no email no tracking number ,tried calling 3 times already no one is picking up ,my son keeps asking, when will his shoe arrive I don’t know what to say cause I don’t have the answers
