Unless you wanted to be DE*****ED outright of your money DO NOT SHOP from this outlet!!!! 3 months ago they delivered only the top of a 2-piece tracksuit. So I asked for a courier to collect it for return. Long story short it was not collected even after their Woodmead retail shop in my presence phoned and asked them that their courier collect it there !! It had cost me R1699 (SA currency) which I have now lost as the promised refund has. Or been made!! Worst ever online shopping experience, feels like it deliberately happens all the time to others too !! A *****ed company without a doubt. Next step; the z consumer commission if SA, once I have the time gor thst!!!
