Don't buy from Adidas SA online!

I made a purchase online from Adidas and the item was not suitable so logged a return for a refund. The parcel was never collected and had to keep calling to have them collect it. Eventually it was collected on 14th July. Over 1 month later I am still waiting for my refund or a response to explain why this has not been actioned as yet. Despite several phone calls and emails I still have not received my refund, which is total breach of their '14 business day refund policy". I then called again to have this issue escalated as a matter of urgency, and I was told I must now wait another 3-5 working days for a response regarding my refund, with no answer as to what the delay is. I will never be making another purchase from. ADIDAS ONLINE SA. This has been absolutely frustrating, and time consuming. Pathetic customer service and absolutely disgraceful call center who have not helped or responded to my emails.
