Don’t buy from adidas online !!!

Ordered online on the 21st Nov. Delivery estimated date showing was between the 25th to the 27th of Nov 2024. After constantly checking, saw that the order is ‘ to be confirmed’. No email, call or sms to let me know.

After numerous attempts to get thought to them via the chat service, I got through to Viplav on the 27th who assured me my order will be shipped to me within 2-3 working days from the day of our chat. I still haven’t received my order.

U are lucky if u go through and speak to someone because and one time I help for 1 hour 45 mins and no answer. When I try to back to the chat service it says ‘ looks like all our agents are busy’.

Honestly this is bull, and for a company like adidas it’s disgusting and appalling. I ordered knowing that the date shown as the delivery date was suitable for me.

I’ve sent an email last week and still no response. Even if I cancel my order I’m afraid that I won’t get my money back in time to buy stuff before Xmas. Adidas sold us lies !!!
