Don't but from Adidas when they have sales!! Poor service

Very poor service! I made a purchase on the 28th of November and it still hasn't been dispatched. I have emailed twice and received no response. I have also called and have received no feedback since. You have taken my money and I would like to receive my products! Don't buy from Adidas when they have sales. They obviously cannot cope with the orders! It is such a pity as I am a big fan
