Do Not Use Their Online Services!

I requested to do a return on the 4th of June and till date (17 June) not a single person has arrived to collect my order. When I email the support team they said "Collections team has been pre-alerted to collect" and that was a week ago (10 June). The Addidas support team is not helpful either, they have ignored all my coms.

Do not use their online services! I am definitely not going to be a return customer.
