Do not order from Adidas - no resolution to lost orders.

I placed an order with Adidas Online on the 24th of March. After several weeks the order was delivered to the incorrect address, and signed for by an unknown person. All of my phone calls and emails have been met with a response that the issue would be resolved in 3 to 4 days. 3 weeks after the first such promise and there is still no resolution, and it doesn't look like there will ever be a resolution. It is also now too long after the transaction to reverse the credit card charge. Do not order from Adidas, there is a good chance you will never see your order or your money again.
