Do not buy off of the adidas website!!! They do not refund your money

I ordered an item off the adidas website and tried it on the day it arrived. The item was not true to size and I logged a return immediately knowing there was a max 14 day refund policy and expected to receive my refund.

After a month I have still not received my refund and the call centre and email help line as well as the chatbot say it will be resolved but still, nothing. I cannot get my money back and have basically had my money ******. I would not recommend buying off the Adidas website as I still have got no resolution after reaching out more than a dozen times
