Dissapointed with DPD laser courier

Im so dissapointed with the DPD courier they use, the courier driver was very rude he calls and say what's my location before i say anything he goes on to say or else he will go back with my parcel. I asked him why he is being rude, He then hangs up and turned with my parcel that time he was 5km away. when i wanted to drive to him he stops taking my calls, i was frustrated because i had to use the parcel
